I visited this location on 01/19/18 and was very pleased with the staff. The branch manager Petra was friendly and a young man by the name of DQ assisted me with my rental. As a manager, I always appreciate great customer service. I will definitely rent from this location again. Great office!

I had the hardest time trying to rent a car. I called & made reservations, got all of the info required & was told to get more. I already had sufficient documents. Then I was given a rental with mechanical issues, that they previously knew about! I was afraid to drive back home because of the issues I was having with the car, but couldn't resolve the issue because they were closed.. I was also charged 2 forced to pay for two extra days, due to the holiday & would've had to pay an extra $50 to turn the car in early at a different location... this was my worst experience with Enterprise!!!

Aaron was very helpful and knowledgeable about the fuel mileage of my rental and even added a discount to help with my purchase.
