I'm so mad that I'm only allowed 5 stars. This team at the West Markham location deserve 10 stars. My reservation was smooth, painless, and seamless. I had an issue with my initial rental, and they upgraded my vehicle. I'd use this service over and over again.

We won't go anywhere else. Always treated with respect. Always helpful. We needed the rental for the rest of the weekend because our vehicle that was in an accident wasn't quite ready yet. I called and spoke to this Enterprise location and had no issues of being able to extend. Great rates. Nice clean vehs.

I was really in a bind and needed to get a car rented. They were super accommodating and made it happen. I was very thankful for the staff there!

Four things wrong with my experience:
You can't get someone at the local rental office to talk to you on the phone. They're too busy.
When you show up at the local office nobody pays attention to you.
 They give you a car with only a QUARTER TANK of gas. It's your job to fill it up, and it's your job to estimate how much gas to put in it so that you don't return the car with too much gas in it (gas you pay for that they don't reimburse you for).
They put these awful cheap air freshener cards in the car that make it smell like a bad taxi cab.

I had a great experience at Enterprise. When my vehicle broke down, they were able to get me a car in only a few minutes, and when I returned the car, they checked me back in within five minutes, though I could see they were very busy. I dealt with the same representative both times, and she was not only courteous, but friendly and a pleasure to do business with. The car I got was also very nice and fun to drive. It was a Hybrid and my first experience driving this type of vehicle, but the representative was able to quickly teach me the differences in driving. She was an excellent teacher, and the car I rented was pretty, handled well, got fabulous gas mileage, and was comfortable. I will definitely use Enterprise whenever I need a car.
