Great crew at LIT airport. Pricing was more on site than reservation. Not only did they resolve the issue, they also noted that I was being charge a full extra day when I was bringing back only a couple hours later than the pickup time. They adjusted to charge by the hour which dropped the price considerably. And super nice folks as well. Lots of experiences with car rentals and this is the first time I felt compelled to give an opinion!

It is how situations are handled when they don’t go perfectly that shows the true character of a business.  My situation was made more than right.
 
After having what was a frustrating experience while renting a vehicle (a lot of small annoying issues that added up), I contacted customer service.  I am not normally a complainer, I travel over 120 nights a year and had 39 different rental transactions last year—I understand things happen…but not to this extent.

Very soon after I sent in the narrative of my experience, Brittney called and left me a VM mail.  When I didn’t return her call for several days, I was on vacation, she called back.   It would have been very easy for her to say that she had left a VM and I ignored her and moved on…she didn’t.  

  I have since found out that she is one of their upper managers in Little Rock.  I would have expected a “customer service” rep to call me from their corporate to check a box that I was responded to.  Not the case.  Brittney was genuinely interested is what went wrong and didn’t once even hint at making any excuses.  She acted as she truly wanted to learn what happened and use is as a training exercise for future growth.   I also appreciated the fact that while she did apologize for the situation, it wasn’t the over the top, phony apologizes that so many give.   

After a couple conversations with her, I am truly impressed.  While I don’t rent in Arkansas too often, when I do it will be from Brittney.  She took a situation that would have been easy to ignore and took it very seriously.  She has since made right the rental and proven to me that my one experience there was not the normal or anywhere near her standard.

The service in Little Rock was friendly and fast. Heather went the extra mile to make sure my vacation to the Smokey Mountains was one to remember. Ran into an unavoidable problem, and Ryan in Pigeon Forge made sure I was taken care of in no time. Thanks to great employees and a nice vehicle. I had a great time.

First thing I would like to say is thank you so much to Jeff Lowery for being such a help to us. This had been our 2nd time making a reservation in advance but when we arrived to pick up the rental, there wasn't anything available. He made sure that we got a vehicle that we wanted and accommodated us very well. We really appreciated how pleasant and professional he was. Thanks again!!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Little Rock where I picked up my car. The gentlemen who helped me was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and a really great attendant. I did not return my car to the Little Rock airport but to a different Enterprise site. I have returned a vehicle to this site before.  What I am about to say next is no reflection of all Enterprise Rental Car return sites.  However, I notice that both times I have returned a car to this particular site, and they learn that I had purchased the insurance, they manage to find reasons to lead me to believe that they want to put in a claim to the insurance company for some reason. I pointed this concern out at the return site. I hesitate to rent a car from this particular site. The Little Rock Airport Rent-A-Car was a great experience.
