My husband called at 330 to get details about a rental car since ours will be in the shop. Nicole from the Jacksonville, Arkansas store was rude and hung up on him twice. He was dimpling trying to get information on if the gentleman that hit our car insurance covered the rental or if ours would be the one to cover. He yelled at, hung up on, and then she called his place of business using our number in the caller id; only to yell at him again that if he wanted a rental that he needed to speak to her without an attitude. My husband didn't have an attitude not once. That's okay though Nicole, we will call you on Monday with our notice that we need a rental and if it's not ready we will just ask to speak to the manager again.

I had a Wonderful experience at the Jacksonville,Ar Enterprise car rental.  I had a very knowledgeable young man that was so wonderful! His name was Dominique.  Certainly an asset to your company!!!!

Rented from them multiple times. Both insurance related rental they didn't have my vehicle ready. Once they didn't even have the correct type of vehicle. And they didn't care to fix the issue. Recently I left an item in the car. Called them to ask about it and the girl working was pretty annoying in her tone that if it's not in lost and found then it wasn't left in the car. Asked me if I wanted to speak to a manager. Put me on hold then hung up on me.
