Do you guys offer poor service or what!?Extremely disappoint with service and attitude.  Thanks to your location I will never use Enterprise again, like ever.  If you don't have what someone needs just be honest about it.  Don't try and force me into something that will not work for my needs.  Your not the only company that rents cars......  if you need a rental and not a problem call Hertz.

Drivers seat broken, it rocked back and forth like a rocking chair, windows were so smeared that I couldnt see in the glare.  Had to clean the windows myself in order to drive safely.

First, they gave me a faulty Jeep. The Jeep check engine light came on and then the car started to smoke and we ended up having to drop it off at another location to get another car. When the car was ready to be dropped off at the end of the rental I was told they wouldn’t shuttle me home even though they highly promote shuttling the customer to their destination.

Not even worth one star. This location was awful, when I picked up the vehicle and dropped it off there was only one person working. Picking up was not so bad, we were the only ones there, but dropping off there was a line of at least seven people and the phone was ringing none stop. We chose this location instead of the airport Enterprise because of the price difference and took an uber there and were planning on doing the same to get back to the airport, but after waiting for 20 minutes and the line still had not moved we thought we could potentially miss our flight if we waited. I called main customer service number when I couldn't get an answer at the airport location, I let it ring for five minutes, to explain that we had to drop off the vehicle at the airport location and they stated there would be a $50.00 "convenience fee" At that point I thought I had no other option. Luckily, the rep. At the airport waived the fee for us after we explained what happened at the other Enterprise. They should never have only one person working the entire office, it was a complete disaster and the person working wouldn't even make eye contact with anyone when he was going in and out of the office with someone. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at the location and the main customer service phone number, they said they couldn't help with anything. Never using Enterprise again.
