If I could give you 0 stars I would.  Terrible customer service.  Under staffed.  Still waiting. Always something.  Excuses excuses The girl is professional but she cannot handle it on her own.  Very disappointed.  I will be using ANY other company to rent the next car.

Complete FRAUD! I lost my to a motor vehicle accident. and the insurance company made arrangements for me to get a rental, under my coverage. Enterprise  took credit and debit card numbers, and tell you none are any good.  They finally accept a debit card after several hours of BS and I wound up with a car that was on 1/4 tank of gas. Literally a piece of junk on 4 wheels. I had to get it to a body shop to get the gas door repaired. By then, the hurricane hit, and there was no gas to be had. Enterprise charged me almost$1,000 for the month I had it, no upgrade, and I returned it cleaner and with more gas than it had. They periodically deducted from my debit account that I use for my mortgage. I wound up overdrawn by $600.00 No one seems to care either. Enterprise is nothing but a scam! They do not deserve even 1 star rating.

Horrible. This place has terrible customer service and no selection of rental cars. To make things worst, they're overpriced! Employees really know nothing. Never contacted or updated me like they're supposed to. Oh and the number to this location never gets answered. Apparently the line is always busy. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Even if you end up inside that AutoNation collision center. Zero stars if possible!

Someone was suppose to follow up with me about getting a full size car once they got some in no ever did. I would call and no one would ever answer, it would just go straight to a mailbox that was full. I then went in and no one was available at the front desk to help you. I waited an hour for someone to come after someone called from front desk collision center and no one still came.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. I waited 2 hours for my car. First I waited and hour for them to come pick me up LITERALLY 2 miles away. Which they did not do. I finally got my progressive rep to bring me and then it was an hour to get the dang thing. I would choose somewhere else.
