I have rented several times from this location for the past 18 months and each time I walk into this store they treat me with great kindness, care, and efficiency. Not one car out of the 25+ rented has had any mechanical issue with it and if a scratch or ding was on the car they are honest and mark it down. This location has integrity and my wife and I have experienced it first hand.

I would love give a high rating because everyone in the office was so kind but the worst part has been not receiving a final bill for every reservation. Even after I requested on line from the branch office and the corporate office. I have booked and spent easily over $3500 in the last few months and all I am asking for is a final receipt from every reservation and still as of today do not have it. Not sure what my next step is but it looks like I am going to have to take time away from my paying job to go and stalk the branch office until somebody actually follows though

Renting a car through insurance because someone hit my car and totalled it—the first car I got from here was great and they were super nice! Then, they called me and told me that they were selling the car I was driving and they needed to have it back. So, I took it back and they told me the only car they had clean was a much cheaper level car that doesn’t even have electronic door locks. They told me to take it for the day, and that I could bring it back the next day to swap for something better. I called the next day and they told me they didn’t have anything available and probably wouldn’t for the next two days.

Friendly helpful staff, until you've paid for the rental that is, this is because they make a commission in every car they rent. Once you've paid them they try to get you in a car right away so that they can move on to the next customer and make more commission. If it takes longer to process you for whatever reason, they get noticably upset and annoyed and become increasingly unwilling to help. This particular location has an on-site detailing team and industrial vacuum to clean cars when they are returned so that they can be rented clean again. This is the only location I've been to where EVERY car that I was shown was filthy inside and out, had stained seats, scratched paint, paint with missing chips, a few cars had obviously been involved in some sort of minor accident previously and had been cheaply repaired (evidenced by bent front license plates, low/uneven tire pressures, wheel wells falling off, missing screws that hold trim pieces to car, scotch taped registration stickers that had probably been removed from a shattered windshields when replaced, etc.) This was also the first time I was told that I had to "deal with it" or get "nothing". I chose the car with all of the above but with black interior as it hides the stains better. I wonder if I'll get a discount for returning it in at better condition than I got it.

2/21/2018 Edward Pellon and Branch Manager for 2829 West Loop S, Houston, TX 77027 Location Area Manager Enterprise Holdings 2829 West Loop S, Houston, TX 77027 Dear Edward Pellon : On 9/2/2017 I was involved in an accident on my way to see the Astros play the Mets, to make that day even more memorable we were only 8 day post Harvey at this point and after being flooded and losing my personal possessions I was gifted some tickets by my employer. On my way there I was struck in a accident. Despite this I headed to the game. That night I contacted my Insurance provider and they instructed me to head up to enterprise and not to worry as they are our preferred vendor. You see during my experience with Harvey I had lost my wallet and needed to put a credit card down on file for incidentals. My girlfriend at that time said that she would put hers down and that I needed to replace the card on file once mine was reissued. the Manager there at that time did not have a problem with this as I was an employee with Allstate. He told me that your policy states that the card has to be in my name and that it has to match the name on the rental, as this was me he said that I need to replace the card ASAP and that he would make a one time exception. Two days later I went up there and had y'all remove her card and put mine on file as this is your policy and also it was my responsibility, not my girlfriends. I was told that mine was added and hers was removed. here it is 2/21/2018 and y'all are charging her card for incidentals. IE,Tolls That were told to me were covered by the repair shop (service King) due to the extended repair time. Her card should have never been charged as it was supposed to be removed. I have brought this to the attention of your customer service, current management at this location, the region and to your president yet I have heard nothing back. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate you to remove her card and to stop placing holds on it! she has no liability or responsibility in this matter. I would like for you yourself to contact me personally with in 48 hours to resolve this matter. If I am not contacted with in 48 hours I will be reporting this to the BBB, Federal Trade commission, the state of Texas secretary office, credit card company, and Allstate corporate for violation of your service contract with them. I will also be contacting a lawyer if I have to if I am not contacted in 48 hours and this matter is resolved. According to your own policy this should of never happened however, given Harvey and my situation your management was kind and helped me during my time of need However, now it it is becoming a problem because I never intended for my girlfriend to be charged on her account. Her card was supposed to be removed and mine added and all incidentals were supposed to be covered by service king bonce Allstate handed over the charge of the rental car to them because they were taking forever to indemnify me due to their own lack of management which is now be corrected by region, at the bequest of Allstate corporate. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait before seeking third-party assistance. Please contact me at my cell listed in your file in 48 hours. Sincerely, Christopher.
