Was in and out in less than 10 minutes, no hassles.   Selection of vehicles was wide, and vehicle i was placed in only had 10,000 miles, and no issues mechanically.  Very attentive and professional staff, and look forward to renting from them again.  Customer parking could be better, but understood as site has very limited spaces.

Great experience. Rented a little car while my ford is in the shop. Because my truck is a ford, I expect to be renting here a lot. 

The parking lot is overflowing with cars. Nothing fancy, but decent, reliable, safe and clean cars. The office is small and easy to find. 

Renting a car here was hassle free and very inexpensive. You can return the vehicle when they are closed by just locking the car up, then dropping the keys in the drop box. 

Advice- make sure you got everything out before turning in keys. My wife left her cell phone in the car, so now she has to go back and get it today during lunch.

I have used Enterprise Rental for more than 20 years for both Corporate and personal business.  For the past few years, I have been renting specifically from this Enterprise facility located at I-10 and Mason Rd. Everyone there is always so courteous and helpful.  In fact, I just got a rental car from them about 15 minutes ago. The person I dealt with today, Ashley Atkinson, was so very kind. She picked me up from my mother's house and took me to Enterprise. She also went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted and was very, very helpful. She is extremely courteous, kind, and thoughtful. Even though I was dealing with a family crisis, Enterprise and their rep., Ashley Atkinson made all my car rental experience a smooth, and easy experience; as Enterprise always does. Love this company and the people they have working there. Merry Christmas to all.

Great customer service! Everyone there was very attentive, Alonso did a great job at taking care of my rental process. I have been to other Enterprise rental cars, but definitely loved the service at this location.

Quick and easy getting in and out. I had been overcharged and the manager Chris gave me no issue and sincerely tried to help.  Mo gave me a lift immediately to my destination and was pleasant to deal with. Overall a good experience. I would recommend coming here again.
