Although the rental car facility is a slight distance away from the airport there’s easy access both ways.  Hertz provided fast, efficient service.  The car was in nice shape—excellent overall experience.

I've been going here every week for the past year and a half. It's a great experience so long as you don't have to interact with staff. Don't even try to contact management, it goes to voicemail and they never return your call. Give up on ever getting anything from lost and found.

Service was great as well as the customer service. The one thing I disliked was that the rep tried to upgrade me to a "nicer" vehicle without telling me it would be more money - as if it was going to be free of charge. Overall service was great though.

Extension was fairly inexpensive, could use a better cleaning to get the stains out if the seat, they get too much money from people to have their cars looking like that...... they should offer the rate you paid for the previous days at it was triple what I paid for one extra night

Outstanding, compassionate staff at IAH!  After a challenging trip, the staff was genuinely concerned that I had a good rental experience.  Very personable group of professionals.  I have been having very good experiences with Hertz for the past several years.
