The people are awesome. Can get a bit busy sometimes but still goes smooth. Went 2 days before Christmas because we wanted to drive out of town to see family and they gave me a free upgrade to a bigger car. I didnt think about my husband being 6'6 and I reserved a compact like a dummy. But the lady was amazing gave me a free upgrade. I was so happy. I will always go back to these guys.

Very polite, efficient and hard working staff. I rent here on a regular basis and always receive excellent service. The weekend rate deals are excellent when they come around.
Being a member of enterprise plus also has its perks that are worth signing up for.  This is a very busy office so expect a short wait from time to time.

I already was having a bad week, so when I went in the check out time was delayed. As Shawn helped me with my car, he understood my need to   get to my son. The car rented to me I had to take back twice within a 2 hour time frame due to a slow leak in the tire. Shawn and the care group came out right away, even after hours, he was very apologetic for the time I had already lost toward my trip. I was upgraded at no cost to a nice mid size, no questions, just GREAT customer service. Thank you. Tina Weaver

I had a great experience at this location, they were very busy; yet efficient. I rented a small car and it was adequate with great gas mileage. Cheers to the folks in Redlands.
The staff was very attentive and thorough, friendly and considerate.

the Redlands Enterprise surprised me with the efficiency and their customer service.  It's obvious this company has developed their business model around "Extreme" customer service.  I was in and out in about 5 minutes when I picked up the car and probably less time when I turned it in.  Friendly, helpful people. I reserved online.  That was a user friendly site as well.  I will continue to use Enterprise whenever I need to rent a car.
