Customer oriented, convenient to use, and decently priced. I rented a compact car for a week with an extra driver and paid $450. I got a fairly new Hyundai Accent which was a pleasure to drive. After I dropped off the car, I also got a ride to work, thanks to Ted from the West Covina Enterprise! I love their customer service.

My van wasn't running great & we had a youth event that we needed an 8 seater for. Our mechanic offered to pay for the rental so I reserved it online. When I showed up, they had run out of vans! The people were really nice & I tried not to stress out over it. The manager there assured me she would get me a car big enough. About an hour later, she called me & had set me up with a huge upgrade! Super fancy Ford Expedition! Better still, same price as the Odyssey would have been! I can't say that I liked the car itself. I didn't care for the way it handled & it had almost NO cargo space. But I was very grateful just the same! The whole experience went smoothly & almost without a hitch! Will definitely return next time I need a rental.

I've used enterprise several times always a wonderful experience. Last week I rented a intermediate car. They were out of the intermediate, so they upgraded me to a luxury car at no extra charge. Staff is always friendly and they greet you with a smile. Thanks!

Enterprise has been taking good care of me and my family for many years.  When my car was rear ended recently, I did not worry about where to find help getting through this very difficult time. Thank you enterprise!

Miranda was the best!!! She was extremely helpful and even washed the car herself to make sure I didn't wait longer than I needed.  You don't see customer service like that anymore. I will definitely be back because of Miranda.
