The store manager DARREN has zero people skills! I dropped my tissue on my way in to the office and before I could open my mouth Darren said in a VERY condescending tone, "Go pick up the trash you just threw in my flower bed!" First of all I was thrown off I hadn't even realized I dropped my tissue with my sweater in one arm and my purse in the other. 
I looked at him puzzled and said, "What trash?" 
Keeping with his attitude he said, "The trash right there that you threw. Go back outside and pick it up before we help you."
I was in shock! I am a disabled 40 yr. Old Army wife with 20 yrs. Of customer service experience. You simply do not speak to people that way ESPECIALLY when YOU are the one setting the example for your employees. 
I honestly don't know what Store Manager Darren was thinking? If he thinks this is acceptable behavior, if this is how he trains his staff to behave? If he lacks the professional discipline to function professionally? 
Whatever his motivation. In my professional opinion, having managed at a retail level for 20 yrs. Before falling I'll, he should NOT be working in any kind of customer relations profession, let alone be leading others to become just as disfunctional. 
I had never had this problem at the location on Chicago. They treated me with the utmost respect there. They didn't judge me on my looks for having a chronic disease or for accidentally dropping something on my way into there location. 
So if your in the riverside area... AVOID THE INDIANA LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Save yourself any unwanted drama and go straight to the Chicago location or use on of Enterprise's competitors instead. Maybe they were trained properly.

I am a repeat customer and will continue to be.   The Indiana Ave (Riverside, CA) staff are second to none with respect to courteous-ness and service; they earn their keep!

I just love the service here ! The whole crew is very helpful and professional .....Big ups to the Manager Darren for leading a great team in very strong and effective customer service ! Wow is all I can say .... Thanks for making my car needs so easy and simple and the prices are the best around ...... Sincerely Tamesha Bardwell

Car was fine, staff were nice, but lots of dishonesty over price. Reserved a car online for one price. Was provided a lower grade car at the facility for the same price and a higher price for the car I actually reserved. I took the lower grade car, but when we went to get it, the agent didnt have the key and gave me a higher grade car with the key available and the same price. Makes absolutely no sense. That is my standard experience with Enterprise local offices. I have had better experiences with Enterprise at airports, but usually use Avis with vastly better experience.
