By far the best experience I’ve had in 20 years of renting any vehicles here or abroad.   I am from out of state working on a couple of projects out here and have had the rental for 6 months now and I think I have forgotten to come back in on the 30 day almost every time since time is just flying by so Christian and his team always take care of me setting me up on weekly rates until I can make it back in to do the paperwork again.  Actually the last time it was all paperless and much quicker so even better.  I have always been met with outstanding customer service and they are just a great team so I would highly recommend them if you are up in the air on car rentals.  It’s a shame all other rental car companies aren’t this great and they could definitely learn a thing or two from this branch!

Got a rental from them 20 minutes after leaving the pressure for 1 of the tires showed up. Next morning tire was flat called spoke with Brenda she said she would send some one to switch the car I told her i liked that one she sent someone to fix it. Excellent customer service I would recommend her and the business to anyone.

Very upset with Enterprise.   

 I was told that my car rental costs would be covered by Mercury insurance up to $28 per day after I was rear ended by someone on the freeway.  

I was told verbally that even the insurance would be covered as long as I faxed something called a "declaration " page to them.   I did this and  my insurance lady also faxed them.  I overheard the conversation Enterprise had with Mercury on the phone and was satisfied I'd pay no more than a few dollars per day for the car I chose. 

 On the thirteenth day of the rental I was informed Mercury had backed out of the ENTIRE contract and were not paying anything. 

Leaving me STIFFED with a $859 approx bill.  NOW placing MY CREDIT in jeopardy .  SAD

Will resolve in small claims court with Enterprise and/ or Mercury where Enterprise assures me THEY will win because it's in writing in my contract.  The one emailed to me AFTER I'd taken delivery of the vehicle.   BE VERY CAREFUL when using ENTERPRISE for an insurance claim.  Get THINGS in writing or they'll deny it as " hearsay" afterwards. 

Hope this helps someone NOT go through what I went through.

This is a very popular place so please be patient y'all! The whole staff are very professional and courteous and give you excellent customer service and make sure everything is taken care of .  Very good experience thank you enterprise of San Bernardino!  Arrive early and wait your turn, you won't regret it!
