I rented a car in oroville  on the 21st Adam and Oscar are nice  professional  guys . Here's the problem. I used my debit card and was told i would have to pay a 200 dollar deposit to rent a car .adam said the $200 would be refunded back to my account the day i return the car. So i rented a car.  enterprise  got the money for the car plus my 200 dollar deposit. I returned the car when i was supposed to. but  enterprise  didn't honor what was told to me about getting my deposit back in my account  after i tuned in the car now here it is 3 days later an nothing no 200dollars credited to my account. Im still waiting for my money. So  i called  my bank an asked them if i had any pending deposits  from enterprise  they said no. So i thought i'll call enterprise customer services surly they'd know where my money was. OMG i cant believe what i was told by enterprise's  customer service..    . This lady was So unprofessional.. I gave her my info an explained how its been 3 days an im still waiting for my $200 deposit money to be put back in my account. THIS IS WHAT SHE TELLS ME the money was credited to my account an that my banks holding my money  an spending it an not releasing it into my account  that she knows all about banks an that i might have to wait 21 days before my bank  releases  the money  into my account. .but. if i dont recieve my money   by the end of the month i can call them  (enterprise)  back . WOW REALLY IS SHE CRAZY is this how enterprise treats customers . NO IM SORRY   about the inconvenience let me look into it an see whats going on. Or heres a confirmation number or tracking number lets find out why yr money didn't get in yr account .or even a will get back to u in a day or so   nothing!!! just my bank has it an they're  not giving it to me and they're  spending it.  This is  unacceptable i want my money like you guys said . i shouldn't have to get some wacked out information from yr customer sevice lady who clearly doesn't know how to be professional  or know what  the hell she's talking about this  is the worst customer service ive ever encountered.   I cant Believe i dont have my money and i have to wait an no one from enterprise is helping or trying to find a solution .   They got there money So its screw me its my problem i have to wait it out. An call back at the end of the month! !!

Rented a car here in Oroville from Enterprise when on vacation for 2 weeks they treated me real well did everything they said they were going to do

Great service an cars , could get there detail guy to clean cars little better but other wise great place to get a fast rental

We received excellent customer service from Ethan! We had driven all the way out to Chico to a Budget Rent-a-Car and had a really bad experience. 

Ethan was so helpful and got us our car quickly! He even made it right when we encountered a problem. He explained everything I needed to know step by step and  very clearly. I really appreciate the help!
