I was rear ended this afternoon and (I wish I had more info) Robyn was extremely helpful with helping book a rental while insurance companies take their time. 

She offered a ton of advice and made sure I would have a car ready to get my son to school tomorrow morning. 

Thank you Robyn for helping me out in a very stressful situation that I have never been through before. Top Notch!

The staff were kind and accommodating yet not knowledgeable enough. We tried to rent an all wheel drive car and we're given a front wheel drive car. Pretty disappointing it's the second time this has happened. But not at this location. I guess car rental place is just on top of their game...😟

Emplyees were nice.  EXTREMELY LOW ON VEHICLE OPTIONS!  My insurance covers $30 a day but I was only offered a small Nissan suv or large Nissan suv which is $42+ a day for the small which I chose because I was told multiple times they had no cars available within the $30 coverage or any car for that matter.  I called back a day or so later and they still didn't have any cars available.  I didn't budget an additional $550 to my car repair for a rental that was subpar.  Nor do I have time to deal with trying to switch out a vehicle.  Multiple conversations and no result.  The car was a 2017 Nissan Murano and I did NOT feel comfortable driving it (I made this clear when I called) I normally drive a small Mercedes-Benz Coupe so obviously there's a size difference that can make someone uncomfortable. Can't say I'd be a customer again, I feel like I was scammed into getting a higher priced vehicle.

Exceptional! Our whole family has been sold on Enterprise after this wonderful car rental experience for our family vacation. Our rental experience started by chance, after our reservation at Sixt was not fulfilled due to their local office being overbooked. Enterprise was able to reserve us a car, very quickly, over the phone. When we arrived at the office we were all cheerfully greeted by Drew. Drew was helpful, kind and accommodating, impressing us all with exceptional customer service. We were on the road very quickly with a car that exceeded our expectations. The next day, Drew called to follow up and see how things were going with the car and to see if we had any questions.
Drew explained how to add additional drivers if we chose to do so on our vacation. When we stopped at the Sacramento branch to add drivers, it went very smoothly because of Drew's guidance. The customer service in Sacramento was top notch. Again, we were all very impressed with our Enterprise rental experience.
