excellent service and great vehicles reliable, clean and never a problem. Reserve online or over phone never had an issue. The cars are smoke free, clean and dependable to drive. Their fleet are newer vehicles and very nice for long distance or around town. They do offer a shuttle service to pick you up or drop you off also which makes it nice when needed. The drivers are friendly and professional. Overall a great experience each time I've rented vehicles.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car makes car rental so easy and hassle-free.  I was picked up, the vehicle which I had reserved on-line was ready when I arrived, newly washed, and in exactly 5 minutes I was on my way.  When I returned the vehicle, I was driven home.  I have loved Enterprise for 25 years and will not even move to a city where it is not available.

Overall experience was good except that mistake this was the first time the entire charge plus a deposit was charged to my card at the time of pick-up. Also, the young lady who checked us out did not take into account that we were upgraded because our car was not available so even upon returning I was told that I owed more money. At this time it took 15 minutes and two people to figure out why this happened. Because of the initial charge, I spent most of my vacation with $800.00 less than I expected to have.

I have rented from enterprise all over the US for several years. This is the busiest one I have ever seen. They were dressed for success and they were fast! I got the nicest car. The gentleman that helped me also wanted to make sure i knew how to use all the “bells and whistles” on my rental. I am looking forward to renting again from them next month.

Everyone was friendly. To myself and other customers. I rented a 2017 Honda. I got a flat tire and called AAA. When I went in to tell them they offered me another car. I told them I would keep that one and said no problem just take it to big o tires and they would fix it up for me. No problem at all.
