We received a seemly nice Chevy Malibu vehicle.  The vehicle was not very clean and additionally the vehicle smelled very heavily of Cigarette smoke.  This smoke was very severe to the point of returning the vehicle to the Lancaster, CA Office.  Due to short weekend office hours at the Lancaster, CA office, we were unable to return the vehicle before, we had to depart to Sacramento, CA on January 2, 2018.  How can your company allow cars to go out with this problem.  I have asthma and smoke is one of the things that impact my health.  Hopefully this will not happen again on my next rental. This Enterprise had a great personality they checked on me I give them two thumbs up for customer service and I recommend them to anybody go Enterprise in Lancaster keep on doing your thing!!!

My experience with the people at ENTERPRISE  is always great.  Their customer service is awesome.  But this last car was not a good fit.  It was really bad on gas and it drove really bad on the highway. It was that jeep with the auto stick.  It would have been nice to inform me of this so I could have told him that i did not want that particular car.I didn't realize until i was actually on the highway.  Now i just have to remember never to rent that again. I think it was the last thing on the lot because i did not reserve a jeep. But other than that everything else was good and I'm still a satisfied customer.

This is the best location in the Antelope Valley
Great staff and they normally have the car you want and if not they normally give you a free upgrade you can't beat that

I have been renting from Enterprise for a very long time now. They have great customer service and always know how to make me smile. They really take very good care of their customers! 🤗🤗🤗
