Each time for the last 14 plus years that I've rented a car, it has been through Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 4940 Sepulveda Blvd, Culver City, CA. Through caring for my father's needs, burying my dad in Texas, settling his affairs in CA or coming to visit friends around the U.S., Enterprise has not let me down. Their service, helping with spur of the moments arrangements or happily changing a reservation, they've been the same- professional, sensitive and accommodating. Thank you all at the many and varied locations in meeting my needs. See you in the Spring.

They surcharged $20 for an insurance I did not claimed. 

When I was checking out at their desk on Feb 25th, I found the issue. The staff told me he will take care of it the next day. Then I went home believing him he will do the refund. 

On March 1st, I did not see the refund, so I call them again. One staff picked up the phone and said their manager will take care of it. 

On March 6th, I did no see the refund, call them again. I think the same staff picked up the phone and told me manager will take care of it. 

Please refund the $20, I do not want to waste more time on it.

Very Friendley staff. The car they gave me was a gas eating machine and they should have givine me something like what I had from Chevy which was a bolt being serviced for a recall. The Malibu they gave me ate a lot of gas and also was all beat up and needed to be washed properly. The car also seemed like it hadn’t been serviced for ever and was just not really as nice of a car. There lot is very small with very few selections of cars. Although the dealership did pay for the rental I shouldn’t be to picky. Again thank you enterprise rent a car for the great customer service . 

Over all I am giving them five star service for the customer services the car was more of a 2 ⭐️ service. Thank you enterprise.

The employees here are top notch! 
My car has been in the shop so much that I feel like a regular here. I have always experienced super customer service that made each car rental a breeze for me.
