As always, staff & process were excellent. Rented a Jeep Compass. Not so happy. While it was very comfortable (and I did a great deal of driving up and down the state), it sucked gas at $3.50+/gallon.

My recent rental experience was really exceptional. Not only did I get a great rate but they also upgraded me to a much nicer class of vehicle than I had originally reserved. The super nice gal helping me, went out of her way to show me all the vehicles options that I could select from. I called the day I was scheduled to return the car to see if I could extend the rental for an extra day - no problem. They made everything easy and pleasant. I needed a ride home after returning the car which I had not arranged prior to returning the car but it was no problem and they had a shuttle for me right away and brought me directly home. The entire experience was easy and pleasant. Everyone working at that location were very friendly and nice. I will certainly be using Enterprise again, they are the best!!

I reserved a small SUV and they were unable to provide it as they did not have one available on the lot at the designated time.  I had to pay an additional amount to upgrade to a larger SUV to accommodate my reservation.  Not sure why they provide an option to reserve vehicle type if they don't accommodate. People are always nice and respectful.

Rented a compact for a day while visiting my family during Christmas. The over all rental experience was great. I especially appreciated their drop off service after I returned the car. Everyone was professional and friendly. Especially the shuttle driver that went out of his way to drop me off. Next time I have the need for a rental while visiting my family I will certainly be a return customer.

Customer Service so far here as been 5 stars. The employees are very nice, helpful and professional. Rates are very reasonable. Rent in Valencia every few months and I won't go anywhere else here. Love that I use my National account too.
