Great place, service, and convenient... We were greeted with a smile and once paperwork was out of the way and did the inspection we were gassed up and on our way! If we needed the car longer than expected it was never a problem! Great Place! Last but not the least... good choice of vehicles and we never had a car break down on us or give us any trouble! We would recommend this place to anyone!

I have found that Enterprise Rent a Car is fortunate to have such a competent, helpful, responsive reliable staff as I have encountered in the Petaluma location. Hats off to Matt Solari and Conner White in particular and unknown others that made our  experience so great. This was not our first experience with the Petaluma staff and  we have never been disappointed ! I recommend them with gold stars +++ +  They are the best !!

The Petaluma Enterprise store is staffed by an excellent group of employees. The transaction is always quick. After I return the car I always get a ride back to my business very quickly. The driver has been there a long time. He is a nice gentleman and I feel safe when he is driving.

In the past I have had a generally positive experience at Petaluma Enterprise; my recent experience not so much. I returned a car exactly 1 week to the hour after I rented it, but because the return was on Labor day, there was no one to check me in. When I received a receipt by email the next day, I noticed that I had been charged for a week plus one day. I called the office to get the bill corrected and was told that because my reservation had said I was going to return the car on the 8th day, they had no choice but to charge me. I explained that the reason the reservation showed a return on the 8th day was because their online reservation app wouldn't allow me to show that I would return the car the evening before. I have never had a problem of "returning a car early" and getting charged for time I didn't use a car (and I'm talking dozens of times). The Manager I spoke with was unhelpful and I waited two days for his regional Supervisor to call me back after leaving repeated messages. And when I called again there was no answer. My credit card is disputing the extra $75 charge...but it sure leaves a bad taste. BTW, my company probably spends about $500-1000/month on Enterprise Cars, wondering how they treat occasional users?
