This site sets the pace for customer service for the whole of Enterprise.

We have the best agents!  They are second to none in customer service.
In fact, they are mighty hero's, mighty champions & mighty warriors ALL ROLLED INTO ONE !!

Mr. Leo's team sets the pace for customer service at Enterprise.  
Do what ever you have to do to rent from the Campbell Site.  

Their only drawback is that they teach everyone to be fantastic and then we never see them again.  Enterprise ships them out.  Oh well  :(.

Tell them "Your last true friend" Henderson Ford sent you.

Customer service is always friendly personable and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure your experience/expectations are met to the best of their abilities. I have never had a bad experience service or vehicle in the several times I have rented from this location. I do agree variety of vehicles should be expanded as I have heard from others while waiting for my reservation. I always refer business to this location because never fails!!!

My experiences renting from Enterprise are always good.  They go the extra mile to extend excellent customer service to its customers.  I’ll continue to make them my first choice for car rental services.

I have always had good service here at the Enterprise in Campbell. The only thing I did wished... Was someone to pick me up on-time. I have never had one of their drivers pick me up at the time I am supposed too.

The service here is FANTASTIC!  I was in a car accident and needed to rent a car while my vehicle was being repaired.  This Enterprise location was more than accommodating!  They actually care about their customers and I appreciate they didn't try to over sell me extra insurance!  When the gentleman dropped me off to pick up my car he waited and made sure my car was ready and there were no issues.  Random funny story - a dog came out of nowhere and scared the heck out of me when I was picking up my car (yes, I ran!  it was pitbull/boxer mix) and the gentleman that took me came and saved me!  He calmed me down and let me know it was okay and even told the dog owner the dog should have been on a leash!  This Enterprise location is super convenient and I will be back! Only improvement I would suggest is getting a slightly bigger car selection.  Easy fix is to just call ahead to see what they have if that is of importance to you.
