Enterprise has great customer service. They're always professional and honest while trying to get me along my way.  I've had to rent a lot since I was forced to get rid of my car. My only critique is with the wait time and appointments. My car is rarely ready right on time and some times that particular car is not available so I have to upgrade. Most people wouldn't mind the upgrade but I'm very conscious about gas mileage and cost. I recommend anyone using Enterprise to give yourself a buffer time if you're on a deadline. Other than that it's a very pleasing experience and I will be coming back.

They are fantastic, have not used another car rental place in 12 years.  They are always courteous and prompt.  The vehicles are always clean and in great shape.

When I need to rent a car service was great. After my service was done and the car was return .I was told it would take a day for my refund would be return  to my card fine. Then I read the site that stated 5 -10 business days. I call the many 1800 number was told that a message would be sent to the location to give me a call with the status. NEVER did i get my call. Ever time I call this location no answer. AM get PISSED

The customer service at the Enterprise rental car located in silver spring MD was delightful and pleasant I aways rent for them. They take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand. With Enterprise you aways get with you ask for 😀😀😀

We have used this Enterprise location when we visit family in the area and have found it to be convenient and accommodating to our needs.  Richie Yi was very helpful in getting us set up with the appropriate vehicle for our recent trip.
