No problems or hassle, which is about all I can hope for at a car rental.  Pick-up was fast, and no pressure to buy options I didn't want.  Fast check-in on return.  The car was clean inside and out, although the exterior had tape residue at several spots from its delivery transit; this wasn't a problem for me, and the agent properly noted it on the check-out paperwork.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I am sitting in their dirty waiting area for the second time where a car I reserved is not ready. The car was reserved for noon. The man behind the counter tells he he's sorry but he does not have a car. He cannot give me any of three larger cars because they are reserved for someone else (though they did not give my reservation that same respect).  He offered me a smaller car, not taking into account of my height standing in front of him - 6'6" tall. UNBELIEVABLE! This has happened twice now. My fault for coming back a second time. Never again. BTW, as I waited for a car, another customer called and the man behind the counter told the caller that he was short four cars. Overbooking and not being prepared to service their customers is common practice at  this Avis/Budget rental car location. Do yourself a favor and rent from Enterprise on Georgia Avenue.
