Not only did they over change me for the rental. They claimed the car wasn’t full of gas when I had just filled it. Typical sleaze bag car rental shop. Avoid.

Terrible!!! There is no reason why dropping off a car takes an hour! They always have one person working on weekends and the line is out the door. People have things to do. As well as the cars are NEVER clean when I get them. I shouldn't have to clean a rented car once I get home. There has been food split on the doors, food left in a cup holder. This is the second time this has happened. Pick up and drop off have both been ridiculous. I suggest getting more than one person to work on the weekends and hire someone who actually takes time to clean the cars. I will be moving my business to another company.

I have been using this Avis location for the past couple of years and have found the employees to be respectful and professional.  The location is near my home which makes it even more convenient.  I go online make my selection, pay and pick up my car at the specified time, there has never been a problem. I have always gotten a vehicle in the class that I selected.  I will continue to use this location for when I need to rent a car.
