Can't write their vehicles or the staff at that location because I never got that far. Found myself in need of an immediate car after having to leave my car to be fixed overnight. Did a search for nearby car rentals and got Enterprise. Daily prices were fantastic! Place was right around the corner from where I was on Street Road. Unable to obtain direct number so-called Enterprise 800 number. Vehicles were $70 over advertised price... And no cars available without 24 hour notice! Wasted a half hour Googling and searching and making phone calls for nothing. Ended up walking 4 miles home.

I absolutely love this location! I work at the local geico office and have been in and out of rentals every week for almost 3 months straight. Bridget, Kyle, Alyssa and Justin have made such a difficult process simple and easy. When you walk in your always walking into a upbeat smiling office. Even during Friday rush hour you can find them all working hard and smiling. They have picked me up  from the office and dropped me back off for  weeks. We appreciate all the warm welcomes and everything you have done to make this process smooth for us. Thanks for just being you. I would recommend this location to everyone! Amazing customer service and always clean and well running cars!

Rented from them many time over the years. The only problem I ever had was in the winter in 2015 when I reserved a compact “4WD” SUV. They gave me a little sh*tbox SUV that wasn’t 4WD. I noticed it immediately because there was snow on the streets. Anyway, I brought it right back and the gave me a brand new Tahoe for the price of the sh*tbox I paid for. They fixed that problem with a free upgrade, and besides that, I’ve never had a problem there. Beware of the high pressure sales (doom & gloom sales) for their insurance plan! Other than that and overall experience... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had nothing less than outstanding service at the location on Bustleton Pike. There are always vehicles available. They also have a decent  inventory of newer vehicles.  I get picked up on time when needed. The entire staff is friendly and professional. It's evident that they are trying to retain their customers by ensuring they provide great service.  I even got a call after returning a vehicle, basically checking if I was satisfied. "Great Customer Service"
