This Enterprise Location is by far the best in Northeast Philly!  I have gone to other locations which have been satisfactory however this location always exceeds expectations.  They have the highest customer standards around and are super accommodating.  I have been a loyal customer for 3 years now and they have never disappointed, in fact, they continue to impress.  Sometimes I hear people find them hard to find.  They are basically off the intersection of Roosevelt Blvd and Red Lion Rd (changes to Norcom Rd).  Look for signs for Jet Center on your right, they are in that same center.  Give them a shot and you'll see you'll never have to go anywhere else!

I am not a fan of Enterprise. They always have hidden prices and they tried to con me out of $500. I haven't been there since. I recommend AVIS. Stay away from this company...

They called me regarding a rental, however they couldn’t tell me what vehicles they had for my price range over the phone at the time. Insurance coverage (40/day). I’m getting a vehicle elsewhere

The customer service is very poor. The guy who works there is not so friendly and told me to come back after 3 hours since i did not call them before i show up. I was so frustrated and went to lansdale enterprise and they were so understanding and I got the car in 5 min.
