You are better off calling Enterprise. I needed to rent a car while mine was being serviced.  I put a request a week in advance through the dealership and called Hertz twice to confirm my rental; two days before and the day before. On the date that I needed my rental there was no one working the desk. One attendant was standing in the parking lot talking with the sales man and the other was M.I.A. I waited 10 minutes before someone finally came over to help the customer before me.  The counter person proceeds to tell the customer that he needs to clean the car for another customer and that I had to wait until he was finished in order to do so. I waited another ten minutes for Hertz to tell me that they had no knowledge of my rental. When I told them that I was looking to rent an American made car and they made a big deal about it.  I was placed in a Chevy Malibu that had dents and scratches all over the vehicle.  When I am finally ready to leave I noticed that the inside controls were broken and could not adjust the mirrors, windows, etc. The sales associate was annoyed that I did not want to take that car and switched me out.  Not only did I have to wait 35 minutes total to rent the car the car was not even put into my name.  When I called to speak to the manager I was told that they would deliver the message and have someone call me back. I never received a call back. I called customer service and they told me too bad that there was nothing wrong with the rental. This is a terrible company and has terrible customer service.

This is by far the best Hertz in the Philadelphia area! The manager, Kevin, goes above and beyond to make my experience pleasurable. Clean cars, friendly staff, great overall experience. Two thumbs up!! Will rent here every time I am in town. Keep up the good work!

No longer Hertz, now PA Auto

Not a good location to rent from...  Charged $150.00 despite of cancellation of reservation.. They don't even inform customers about charges..
