Fairly quick, nice car, clean, however oddly, my car "isn't in the slot where it should be to pick it up."  And an oh-so-helpful fellow just happened to be there.  "I'll fix you up" he said.  So he offered me a "oh-so-great upgrade" at only a hundred or more cost for 4 days.  C'mon I was not born yesterday, 99.9% chance it's the "get an upgrade scam." (And he rakes in what a $30 bonus each time.... do this 5 times a night).  Gray-zone fraud.  Now I cannot accuse him of that, but when it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck...  Seems like a scam to me.

Great place always has what you need . They will go out of their way to accommodate you anyway possible. I rented a car there once and received a free upgrade because my first choice was unavailable. A great place to rent a car.

Rent a wreck! The car was in terrible condition. Dirty damaged disgusting. Incompetent service, some rude, some just not knowing how to work the computer or how to look up a reservation from your insurance company. Didn't know how to pull up Insurance reservation so they continuously charged my debit card. Do not use your debit card, use a credit card as they cannot do this to your credit card. No customer service whatsoever. I had a total nightmare. The only reason why I gave one star is because there is no option to give zero Stars.

Made a reservation for a pathfinder for 3/6/18. Spoke to Eric. When I got on location today they couldn't find my reservation and tries to offer me a Nissan Altima when I specifically requested a 4x4.
