Enterprise is not a "family company" like they claim, nor do they treat you right.  They wouldn't even pick us up because we were closer to one of their other locations, but that location didn't have the car we wanted.   They make the us wait in line ever time we rent a car and then we have to go through 20 minutes of paperwork.   When I go to Avis they have it ready when we get there and hand us the keys.  Enterprise has very limited hours and we have been charged extra days several times because they close early and don't count the return day until they check the car in two days later.   There is no customer service and several employees have been very rude when I said anything about not being happy with the service.  When we needed to get picked up at another location they sent a 95 year old man who couldn't find the house and we waited 2 hours for the pick up.  When they called me they tried to make it my fault, even though they had the correct address.   He said that when they put that address in the GPS told them to go park and walk the rest of the way (which of course is not true), but they tried again and found it.   They didn't even apologize for taking 2 hours to pick us up (less than 5 miles away).  Enterprise has no customer appreciation, no easy way for someone to work with them when renting a car on a regular basis, and they don't care about your business.   I won't use them anymore, and if you have any other option it will be better than Enterprise.

We rented a veichle to go from Springfield to Texas. The car was awesome and the renting was problem free. The staff member was helpful to us and even when we had to call him later he was quick to respond. Great job guys!

Used enterprise for years, both privately and professionally across the US. Never had any issues, enterprise is.known for.customer.service. this particular location is not. Two TERRIBLE.experiences with the same.manager. will never be back to this location again.

Enterprise called to discuss the issue and inshould correct and say the problem was at the kearney location, not republic road.

Overall enterprise is great company amd i will.definetley use them again...but not the location on kearney as long as ana is a manager there.

Poor guy was there by himself with three customers waiting, he did the best he could, but it still took me 30 minutes to get my reso handled and me on the road. Not his fault, I'll still use them again.  Car was newer and in good condition.

Previously I had been very pleased with the service I had received. The past two times, I was not as happy.   There has been only one person at the desk to help people. On one  visit, I had to wait for a car to be cleaned for pick up. And there is some confusion, as to the price I am to pay. I was being charged more than the amount on my reservation.  I was told, I would pay that this time, however in the future, I was not to reserve online, I needed to call the manager and speak to him directly for the correct amount.   My last  two rentals, had something on the windows and mirror, which smeared and was very hard to see through. One had empty pop bottles under the seat.  And the exterior was very spotted from being washed,  look like it had just been in the rain and left.  I  have considered, going to a different agency to rent the next time. I would preferred to keep my business with Enterprise. I guess I will see how the next time goes.
