The car was perfect. But the customer service leaves plenty to be desired. The agents I talked to sounded like they didn't want to be there. It borderlined on sounding like they didn't care. Very transactional.

I've used this location at least 15 times over the past 20 years. Love the service. The key is all (not some) Terms & Conditions are clearly stated online when reserving your vehicle & at the counter. One just has to pay attention and to avoid any misunderstandings "Ask questions." Just because one disagrees with the T & Cs doesn't give one the right to violate same once they sign the Rental Agreement. This same general issue occurs broadly in our culture and I trust the readers of these reviews will understand that in light of the comments of some.

I have been dealing with Patrick for many months now  and he has outstanding customer service. I really like going in to see him,he always puts a smile on my face and is always very personable and ready to help in anyway he can.   The cars at his business are always extremely clean and you can tell Patrick cares about his customers.  Patrick is truly a very nice guy.

I don't know why all the bad reviews. I rent from this company and location often. I have had exceptional customer service each time. Staff is friendly and courteous. 

As far as a credit check--all car rental services require some kind of credit check and hold on credit cards. I have rented from Enterprise and they would hold $200 from my debit card if I used to reserve and pay with. Money was always back by Tuesday following Monday return of auto. It's no different than renting a house or apartment. Why would you expect someone to let you drive off the lot with a $20,000/more car and not check you out?
