Very friendly and helpful great selection of cars to choose from. Very easy access and drop off was easy. They closed the account and sent me receipt really quickly. So I would defiantly recommend them.

Plane arrived late but the counter staff was waiting. Had us signed and on our way in minutes. Very friendly and SUV was a pleasant surprise. Drop off the following day in another city was fast and easy. Kudos to the Enterprise teams at airport and West Plains.

Enterprise provided me with a fantastic one-way rental, 2017 Chevy Impala, which I drove from Missouri to Indiana! Thank you, Enterprise for the great car and fantastic service!

The agent offered a free upgrade to an SUV and it was greatly appreciated because I was in town for a family emergency and ended up hauling family back and forth.  The agent had no idea why I was in town but it helped immensely.  
I ended up having to extend my rental twice because my mom passed away. Each time I called to extend the team was beyond professional and helped me with no questions asked.  
Now there is only one problem, I loved the GMC Yukon so much I want one!

The people were nice but the car was dirty. Here I am treating the car like gold then I look over and see a huge burn in the passenger seat. Looking for dropped pen and found a cigarette butt and empty latte bottle. Glad I payed for damage waiver so I don't get screwed.
