I would give them a '0' if I could.  We had the most HORRIBLE car rental experience in 30 years at this location- both when we picked the car up and returned it.  We were waited on by two young girls who were incredibly rude and disrespectful.  I made the reservation in my husband's name since he was going to be the primary driver- but, I am the one who handles our business affairs.  When we were asked questions regarding insurance at the counter, etc.  I was told 'you can not answer- he has to.  EVEN THOUGH he was standing right next to me and he was hearing my answers and was the one who was going to be signing the paperwork.  She only did this because she was getting back 'at me' because I 'pissed her off' when I wanted to see our 'daily rate' on the contract we were signing.  They've added a new feature to their contracts where you sign for an estimated amount which is HIGHER than the daily rate.  I didn't mind signing a contractual agreement with an estimated amount... but, I wanted to also have our daily rate on the contract for our protection.  It was on there... but, she made a big stink about my asking.   I think she said bad things about us to her 'friends' who worked there because when we returned the car,  next young lady  was very rude and MADE me go out to our personal vehicle to get our gas receipt to PROVE we filled the tank up.  I have never in my 50 years been treated so horrible by a company.  To add insult to injury- when I tried to get a manager or regional managers phone number, they refused and when I called the 800 customer care, I was told the computers were down, I would have to call back.  When I DID call back, I was told a manager would call me- no one did.  So, I called back again- thinking they'd want to know how their customers are being treated at this location.  They don't.  The 'Manager' I finally got a hold of at corporate told me she'd forward my complaint to the location manager who will investigate it and that if 'I chose not to use budget anymore, that's my choice'.  Wow.  Sad but true.  We've rented from this location in the past on NUMEROUS occasions and never had an experience like this.  If Budget considers this acceptable behavior... we won't be renting from them anymore.  No wonder this location has such a low google customer service rating.  Our car was filthy and our rental experience mirrored every other review here on Google.  There is a problem at the location and Budget doesn't seem to care.  As you can see, Budget has asked everyone who has reviewed them in the past several months on this google page to forward their experience on to another department... obviously nothing changes as you can see from the continued complaints over the same issues and same personnel.

This place is awful what is the world is wrong with them? I called the office to speak with someone about my situation and the man who answered was so rude that I just hung up the phone. I truly think that not only does this place lacks customer service but also they lack principal and ethics. I truly have my own doubts that they even know what those words mean. I am paying for a car rental that I never got to use because the lady at the counter was so rude she got my chest hurting and I did not even get to take my trip. This is one of the most un-classy places that I have ever seen in my opinion. Their staff is so rude how do they even stay open?  It makes you give them at least one star to post it but I really don't think that they deserve a star at all. Rude!!! I did not speak with anyone here that was kind to me and or even professional. What a shame. Then they will probably respond that they are sorry for my experience but they are not or they would change things and make it right. pitiful.  Words of advice if you have a situation do not tell them they will not care and most likely will not listen and they will charge you a fortune to be rude to you.  Who has ever heard of a business being so rude to someone that they got their chest hurting?  Do yourself a favor and NEVER go here. This is my honest heartfelt opinion.

The Manager of this place is so rude. He has no idea how to run a business. Please stay away from this place as much as you can even if they are giving low rental prices. They will end up charging you for so much and still be very rude at it. They charged me for so much more than what i booked for and when i complained he said i already signed. I was amazed

This is how you lose a loyal customer: You sneak in charges. You lie about it. You respond slowly. You don't listen or accept any responsibility. Look at other reviews for this location and notice how themes are repeated over and over. The manager clearly sets the standard, and it is a low, low, low one. Don't rent from Budget. (They get 1 star only because I can't give zero.)

I can't even begin to tell you how displeased I was with this location and company. I was told something different by everyone I talked to, and every one of them blamed the issues on the computer. Also, and this is worse for me...there was a young lady trying to rent a car to get home to Florida. She had someone there with her who was going to pay for the car in full, but they weren't going with her so they wouldn't let her rent anything...even though it would be paid up front. Even worse...THEY LAUGHED AT HER WHILE SHE CRIED IN FRONT OF THEM!! Screw this company and the horrible people they hire.
