My experience was Excellent. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I need a truck for the weekend and made my reservation online the night before picked my truck up the next day. Turned it in on Monday..seamless. I'll be back. Thanks again!

I work for a local trucking company that sends a lot of business to this location. I was told I would be able to use cash as a deposit, when I got there however, they refused to rent me any vehicles. Now I'm sitting for 24 hours waiting for money to move accounts instead of being with my family.

This was, was usual, a great experience in car rental.  They picked me up at my house which was very convenient.  When I brought the car back, it was "Welcome back, Mr. Horton" as I entered the door.  Great service and experience.

When picking up car they was friendly. When I returned the vehicle, I cleaned it all out except I didn't vacuum it out and they charged me for a full detailing of vehicle which took all of the  $200 deposit.

Wish I could give it 0 stars!  I have rented from this Enterprise before.  I picked up my rental, was "very strongly encouraged" by Hawken to get the "tire protection" service for $5.99 so I did.  I called later to ask about returning the vehicle early, no problem we can just charge you by the hour.  Josh corrected himself, on this would still charge the day,  just not the extra insurance, no problem. I ended up keeping the car, and called the next morning to ask about extending my rental another day. I wanted to know how much extra it would be for a couple of hours, "we don't do that, it would be by the day". I later on my rental agreement discover an hourly rate of $6.67, so they just wanted to screw me and get all the extra money,  from the rental and the extra protection.  "I'm really busy,  but it will be this much,  if you decide not to do it,  you need to bring the car back in the next few minutes".  "I have customers here, so I need to know what you're doing".  I told Josh I would call him back and let him know.  When I did, it was exactly the same as before, "I have customers,  I'm busy,  I'll call you later if you give me your phone number".  I don't need to it's in the system look it up,  and he didn't bother to tell me that they were closed on Sunday.  I'm responsible for that car until Monday when they show up and if something happens to it while it's sitting there,  like hell.  I also never had back from him or anyone for that matter.  I also discovered that the "tire protection" is $5.99 a day,  when it was made to sound like a one time deal.  So done with this location, very possibly even Enterprise all together!  Calling corporate to lodge a huge complaint!
