I booked my car online and went to the airport location to pick it up.  I needed to leave for a business trip early in the morning.  Upon arrival, they informed me they didn't have any cars and it would be at least two hours before they did.  I arrived at the time I had scheduled online.  In the future, I would hope they would have a better system that would not waste people's time and gas driving all the way to the airport for nothing.

Organized Crime.  That is how best to describe this company.  In the state of Florida they now have unmarked Toll roads without a way to pay for Tolls by the rental car consumer.  You can pay a weekly rate of approximately $55 or you can pay a $15 administrative fee for each toll passed no matter how low it is.  No other option to pay only the tolls directly to the state of Florida.  BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!   They are stealing from you and apparently legally!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Biggest rip off ever!!!! Told me i was only gonma have to pay 100.00 dollars at the time of pick up get there and told me i had to pay an extra 375.00 dollars. The lady at the front desk was a total rude ass and wasnt willing to help or even help us understand why the were charging us so much more. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do NOT waste your money on this place!!!

Overcharge for the vehicle, Reserved online for 285.00 for 5 days, when you go to pickup the car it weas an additional 375.00. Ripoff
