Easy drop off. Hard to see from the street. Just go behind the Family Dollar.

Made reservation 2 days in advance and when I picked up the car it was absolutely filthy on the outside. Car had just came in the night before I picked it up and I had to go back to my house and wash all the exterior windows and side mirrors before I could leave town. The car looked like it had been driven in a winter snow storm, I should have walked out and went somewhere else. They will never again get any business from me and hopefully everyone I know after I spread this around.

Horrible customer service and communication. Was told I had 7 days rental paid for by insurance. It was only 2. Now they want to charge me for the days I had the vehicle extra—even though they were closed for three out of the four days when I could have brought the vehicle to them.

Friendly and very accommodating.  My car was totaled in an accident and needed temporary transportation azap but,  didn't have a way to get to their location to pick it up.  So,  they picked me up.
