This is the second time my family has used this Enterprise location and I'm sure it won't be the last.  Our car was ready, excellent and friendly staff, and easy to find.  We didn't want to rent a car at the DEN airport because of the extra cost. We simply hopped on the city train and got off at Lakewood.  Within 5 minutes Enterprise picked us up in our Jeep rental car and we were soon off to beautiful Steamboat Springs.  The $18 dollar round RR trip from the airport saved us over $200.  If you're flying into Denver and want to save money, go to this Enterprise location.  Highly recommended.  JHM

Great customer service. Olivia will go above and beyond to rectify any unpleasant issues and Jarrod is the same way! I found a more convenient place to rent from instead of all the hassles of the airport. Thanks guys

If there was zero star I would choose it.
I went to rent a car and I had a reservation last week, it was at Colfax the rental office. The manager she is stuck up and asked me to pay $60 for each day for insurance , I told her I just rent a car from the same place couple days ago and I paid for insurance $19. Then she said we wanted to protected the car and you ! She is like she is caring about me hahaha  . The insurance was more expensive than the rent which is was $28 for each day.
I said thank you and I went to Avis office in Denver downtown they gave Maxima Nissan for two days the total was $49 and the insurance was 11 for each day . The manager at Enterprise she just wantd to make it complicated and it’s kinda Racism because from my appearance and my English is second language. She won’t understand people like me. So Avis is the best they trust their customers even they don’t ask about bill address like the enterprise ask you to bring at least 2 or 3 bills provide your address which is Hilarious and they don’t count points if you Reserve the car from price lines and last time. Especially this location they don’t care about their customers the car I rent at the first time before I got this issue with the manager mangment style the employee told that cannot drop me off to 12 street because they have training day. Not to mention How they take a long time and waste my time for documentation. Avis is the best then don’t ask too much details and all of the time is 5 mins to get the car and they don’t make customers to be bored with stupid details and garrulous

Enterprise has been AMAZING for business and personal rentals. This location especially has gone out of their way to get vehicles in a timely manner and always courteous and attentive to our needs. Lindsay, Addis, Nick and the rest of their staff are amazing! Thank you all for everything you do!!!
