Really nice team at this enterprise. They were so professional and helpful with my rental. After an accident you just want things to be easy and mike their manager made the whole process smooth and was very helpful. They’re connected to the arba body shop which makes the process of dropping your car off and getting your rental as easy as can be.

Very friendly and conscientious staff.  On the morning I rented from them, their computers were down and a number of people were waiting; but they acknowledged everyone and worked quickly to accommodate everyone.
   The car I was given was brand new and my associate Alexandria was very helpful and thorough.  I would rent from this location again.

If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. This location is terrible, and I will never rent with Enterprise again, after my experience. My insurance company sent me to Enterprise for a rental while my car was being repaired. About a month after I returned the rental, I received a letter in the mail, stating that I had an outstanding balance of over $1800, due to damage. I immediately called both this location and the claims center, asking that they tell me what damage was done. Neither the claims center or the location ever called me back, but soon I had a call from my insurance company, stating that Enterprise filed a claim against me. Again, I called the location and the claims center, and again, no one got back to me. After 6 weeks, I finally gave up and had my insurance company complete the claim. The insurance agent was able to get a copy of the damage filed, and after everything, Enterprise claimed $1500 for a small dent on the back bumper. Now that I know what a scam Enterprise is running, I will NEVER rent from them again.

They staff is great. From the first phone call to picking up and returning the car!  Never have had an issues over the years. Will always be a return customer.
