Stranded in Silt or Rifle?  These folks will help you out.  I was in the area on vacation and my vehicle died.  While they were certainly happy to come pick me up, I was able to hop on the local bus service.  These folks were kind and understanding with my last minute rental and even upgraded me to make sure the vehicle would meet my needs.  In addition, when my vehicle repairs took longer than expected, they were very flexible with my rental.  Thank you to the local Enterprise Team for taking care of my family and me!

Best Value in the Roaring Fork Valley. They used to drop cars off closer to where I live, that seems to have gone away. Otherwise I would give them 5 stars.

These folks were friendly, courteous and helpful in every way. I left some personal valuables in the office and they quickly tracked me down so that I could retrieve them. Great vehicle and a great experience. Make sure you get some type of CDW or LDW as falling rocks and broken windshields are common.

I have taken several stranded drivers to this location and have been burned several times by this Enterprise. I found that businesses in Glenwood Springs do not like to answer their phone on Saturday. That means that in the case of said Enterprise a prospective client gets to speak to a representative in Florida. On a Saturday morning I picked up two couples, who had had an accident, from the No Name rest area. They were on a road trip from Indiana to Vegas. I reserved a car through Enterprise, to a credit card, showed up 10 minutes later to the Glenwood Springs Enterprise location, and “surprise”; no car available. Florida is trained to overbook, but immediate reservations? Really?

First I'm a regular Enterprise Renter driving 18 to 20 different vehicles a year.
I am reviewing this location for what I feel was their poor planning.
After assigning a rental for a 7 passenger SUV on line and following up with a personal call to this location, I still arrived at the site on my pick up day to find no 7 passenger vehicle available.  No SUV, not even a minivan.
Fortunately the Budget rental agency down the street had a mini van to fulfil my need as I had 6 adults to transport over a two day trip.
If you have a specific need don't feel they are prepared to take care of you.
