Overall a good experience, easy pick-up and drop-off with no surprises.  I’m giving this experience four stars because of the condition of the car, a 2017 Elantra.  There were three items I thought were marginal.  First was the 39,950 miles on the car...seemed very high to me for a name brand rental company.  Second, the car was clean but the windows, particularly the windshield, were streaked.  I didn’t notice it until I was driving into the sun...very distracting.  And, finally, the driver’s seat was dirty and had a small stain (blood or coffee???) and really not up to standard.  Other than that, the car was reliable and got me where I was going.  I will use Enterprise again.

Beyond outstanding! Christina was extremely professional and helped us to figure out the best deal for our unique situation. We were on a roadtrip vacation from Oregon and were on a hwy 95, 10 miles outside of Vegas when we were in an accident. Our insurance did not cover a rental car, and the manager and Christine helped us to get a great rate on a larger vehicle. They were helpful, positive, and easy to work with. I highly recommend renting from this Enterprise!

I had to get a rental car after a car accident took mine into the repair shop. This location, like most other Enterprise rentals locations I have used, is very efficient. The staff has been extremely helpful! I must single out Adam and Ashley. They have been outstanding! Adam took our vehicle to a nearby Collision Repair Center so my wife would have a vehicle to drive home in. So far, I have nothing but praise for Enterprise. I use them occasionally on business travel and find them to be generally of the same caliber in various locations.
