Long wait and really unprofessional staff making fun of peoples Name because they can read my hand writing and making fun of my name and I was at front of the attended Manager was really unprofessional and giving excuse like apoitment are not always on the time set and they where not ready for holiday. By far the worst place to ever try to get ahold of. All they do is place you on hold until it goes to a voicemail. Derick is absolutely rude and unprofessional. I've been waiting over 30 minutes to get threw someone without being hung up on. I asked to speak to a manager and he places me on hold again and hangs up. Crystal on the other hand is very unprofessional won't listen to anything you say over talks you and gives back major attitude. If you don't like your job then QUIT we are paying you to work!

They try their best to work with what they have in inventory. Ive spent hours here and watched customers walk in ready to fight. They try to reset from each client but I've had to walk out and wait outside from the abuse the staff takes from customers. Im a lyft driver and its never a smooth transaction. But I leave laughing and joking with them. Thank you

They are Super efficient however if you NEED a smile while you're being served forget about it. I witnessed it starts at the top.
