It is very hard to describe the service received at this branch. The people operating this particular branch were not only extremely helpful but also professional, courteous and very pleasant. It is hard to believe that there still are places like the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 9484 W. Lake Mead Blvd. with a HIGH QUALITY of CARE to do the BEST for their CLIENTS.-

They always greet you with a SMILE and a GREAT ATTITUDE. Perhaps, that is why I am a regular customer at this particular Branch

Had an unscheduled car breakdown (aren't they all?) But the team at Enterprise were fantastic. I was in a hurry to get to work, they offered to collect me from my house and had me in a rental car in just a few minutes.. Really friendly and professional. A*

Outstanding customer service very friendly very helpful acknowledge me right when I walked in.didn't have a reservation they took care of me. didn't have what I needed but they accomadated me with what they had on lot but also offered to call another location to find what I was looking for. Washed the vehicle and cleaned very fast.No rush service explained all. When I returned same friendly service. I will definitely return and will highly recommend to all. Thank you

ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL is a family-owned business but, it isn't just about their family it's about the way they take care of My Family. They start with great vehicles at the right price, holding their own in a competitive market.  I've tried other car rentals over the years, they're efficient, they're confident and their corporate, but they don't make me feel safe. 
Enterprise's Price Is Right and keeps getting better, especially if you book early to get even greater discounts and take advantage of the weekly rates VS The Daily rates which gives me a 4day rental rate on a seven day savings. I've worked with several branches as well as Airport venues,  and always come away feeling like I just met up with a friend,  who has got my back.  
I talked to a manager, whom I had done several rentals with, and was sad to here he was moving on to a new opportunity with Enterprise,  but, nothing changed,  his replacement,  quickly made friends with me and I knew, their team was strong and faithful to their customers. 
In the years I've worked with them,  they have never disappointed us. THAT'S WHY I CAN RECOMMEND THEM AS AN HONEST AND FAIR AGENCY... Check them out,  I'm glad I did.
