I wish I could remember the name of the guys who helped my and my husband with our rental because they were phenomenal! Everything was so simple and easy. They were helpful and fun, even though they stayed open later to help us get settled. I was pregnant at the time, so when I dropped off the car they gave me a ride home and made sure I got up the stairs and in safely. So thanks guys!

If I was allowed to give this location 0 stars, I definitely would. Not a pleasant experience at all. I went through my insurance for a rental while my vehicle is in the shop and I had a reservation number. I spoke to someone at the branch over the phone who told me they could get me a small SUV for the $40 daily allowance I have through my insurance. We showed up to pick up the rental within 45 minutes of the call just find out that all they could offer us was 2 trucks. Keep in mind they had already asked what type of vehicle we owned and we also pointed out that we have 3 kids, 2 with car seats. They didn't offer us any other options or to contact another branch that could give us a vehicle that was more suitable. They told us to call back after the weekend to check if they had more vehicles then and offered to swap it out for us. Seeing as we weren't given much options, we agreed to take one of the trucks. When we called back after the weekend, we were told they only had one truck and nothing else. So I asked them to take my information and set a vehicle aside for me and call me when they had the vehicle ready and we would pick it up immediately. The manager, Danae, was extremely rude right from the beginning and told me that she could not do that because their inventory levels fluctuate and they have other things to do. Are you kidding me? What kind of service is that when you basically tell the customer you don't have time for them. She provided no valid reasons as to why she could not help me out and went as far as to say that I was putting words in her mouth. I contacted my insurance who supposedly has a partnership with Enterprise and advised them of my experience and my appraiser called the location and Danae was also rude and short with him. My insurance is now getting me a rental through another company and never again will I or anyone in my family rent a vehicle from Enterprise again.

Been getting rentals here for almost 4 years now. I have no complaint. Fast and friendly. Always asking if we need a ride back. He have rented from the lowest to the hightest rentals. Each and everyone is top of the line. We no longer live close to this location. But we continue to rent from this location. Thank you enterprise. My family have been getting rentals from enterprise since the beginning. And we will continue doing so.

I rented a car for a week and when I first got the car the service light was on.They said it wouldn't be a problem so that next day I'm driving around town and the car wouldn't go I almost got hit. So I turned the vehicle off and turned it back on and thankfully it went and I drove it home.I then contacted the manager and he stated he would get me another car but it would be an hour wait.The next day I just returned the car and he gave me a free day.

Always receive best customer service and best proces available on market.
Either booking online or telephone they are always able to accomadate and even when I travel out estate. Completely satisfied and not going anywhere else E-Enterprise is always my top choice.
