The service was very friendly both on pick-up and return. However, the staff seemed like they had never seen a foreigner before and it took forever for them to complete my reservation as they somehow wanted to make me a new one because 'the system doesn't quite work with foreign information' in my original reservation. Also, the car that I got had 'maintenance needed' sign on and I had to trust the staff when they told me that they only had forgot to turn it off after maintenance. Luckily the car worked fine and overall I had a lovely experience, I just hope Enterprise would train their staff to cope with foreign driver's licences and names in reservations.

We have rented from Enterprise many times and this branch always seems to have helpful staff with smiles on their faces. They seem ready and willing to help, not merely clocking their hours. 

If I had one minor complaint, it is the vehicles could be a bit cleaner went rented but that is more about how quickly the location turns over vehicles and the value that Enterprise as a company puts into this aspect of the experience.

I appreciate all the help that I was given. The only thing that I don’t like is if I wanted to rent an suv I would have to have a major credit card. I don’t have one.  It’s not fair for people who can’t have a major credit card nor want one can’t get a vehicle because of it so that would mean we would need to go somewhere else. 🙁 other then that I was happy with how I was treated by Jason. The service here at this ENTERPRISE location is Fast and reliable. I have dealt with many other locations nationwide, and unlike others the employees there really care about. the customer satisfaction.

Most of the time they are good. In had trouble with the last car I got. We drove it to Pennsylvania and the oil light came on. Been almost 2 weeks and not seen an agreement upon discount. I'll do a jew review once I get it.
