My girlfriend and I suffered a terrible car accident and have been stuck in Marion since last night. Enterprise wasn't open when we got out of the hospital, which I understand. However, this morning when we tried to call (over five times) not only did no one answer us, but there wasn't even an answering machine. We will now have to pay over $100 to take a cab to the nearest airport. Thank you for truly nothing.

I had a car reserved for the 12th of June to be picked up at 4pm,I called at 3.30 pm to see if the car was ready, the lady said she didn't have one but that she would call me back before 5pm, well I had to call her back and she said she didn't have a car, I said that I had reserved it a week ago, then she said her manager left a note and said he tried to call my number at 2.41pm that day to let me know but neither I not my husband received a call, I told her I didn't get the call, and the least she could have done was let me know so I could make other arrangements, She said well I'm doing the best I can, needless to say I was a bit upset, because I had an appointment the next day that I had to change my work schedule to keep, I called her district manager and I didn't even get the courtesy of a return call. This was extremely unprofessional  and the customer service was nonexistent. I have rented from enterprise for years, never have I been treated so poorly.
