I use this location quite often, have always had great service. Hannah and Elizabeth are awesome, always friendly and great service! Car availability can be a little low, but they have always gotten me into something that fits my needs! Will continue to use this location

Was pretty expensive because I dropped it off at another location. If you drop it off at the same location then it's pretty reasonable. The manager gave me a ride back to my house which was pretty nice.

Had a corporate reservation for pickup on 3/31.  Showed up at noon and the door was locked as I reached for the handle.  That's right, locked the door on me as I tried to open it.  I now am being told I have to drive to Roanoke or Lynchburg to pick up my rental.  Guess this will make for an incredibly awkward conversation when I drop the car off on 4/5.

This review covers my most recent rental only--the car I received smelled horrible--like someone had peed in it and air freshener was trying to cover it up. Have had many positive experiences with our local Enterprise, but this one was awful.

I was in a car wreck and I was put on hold until about 20 minutes until they closed and I only live 3 miles away and they would not rent me a car or bring a car to my house.  This is the 2nd time I had a bad experience at this location.  They are the only rental car business in this area and they think they do what ever they want.  I will never use their service.
