The vehicle was ready when I went to pick it up, clean and well-maintained vehicles.
Prompt and courteous customer service reps. When I returned the vehicle once again a very quick and organized transaction. 
Very pleased with the vehicle and the customer service I received at this South Boston Virginia locations.
Would happily rent another vehicle from them again if the need presented itself.

Whenever renting a vehicle from South Boston Enterprise it's always smooth they are very pleasant and friendly vehicals are always clean good customer service. The office along with outside grounds always clean and looking good. Keep up good work South Boston.

Staff was friendly, however they did not have the car or class of car that I reserved. The car that I ended up getting was dirty even after a quick clean from the staff (it had just come in). I would have given less stars but the Staff was really good, and it was a really little town so I understand why they didn't have a great selection.
