Always great customer service!! Great car selections

I would never rent a vehicle through this company!!! They are very rude and do not explain things thoroughly. I bought a vehicle through Pearson Hyundai. I had to take the vehicle back to the dealership and the dealership told me that they were going to take care of the rental car. 
Once getting to Enterprise they then told me that there was a $50 deposit that is required in-order to drive a car off of the lot, and that I was responsible to put the gas back into the vehicle. I told them that PEARSON was taking care of the rental and the man argued with me. He then told me that the deposit would not be taken from my account there would just be a hold on the money. I had no problem putting the gas back into the vehicle. I put the gas back into the vehicle, and more than I used. I filled the vehicle up.  Well he told me wrong and the $50 came out of my account and has been a argument to get the money returned. I have called two days now regarding the situation and everyone that I have spoke to has been rude!!! 

I would have much rather have dropped my vehicle off at the dealership the night before and have someone follow me and then take me back to get my vehicle. Then to deal with these RUDE folks. I will never rent a VEHICLE  from them again. I will have someone take me from now on!!!

I had a 3-day rental scheduled due to auto repairs. 
The staff members were very courteous and the reserved vehicle was clean on the INSIDE. However, the rental looked as though it had just been hosed off; there was window grime all around, bug debris over the front windshield, grill and headlights. The car body was filthy and the fuel tank had just over 1/4 of a tank of fuel. 
I have rented many cars from Enterprise over the years, but was very disappointed in the way the vehicle was presented.
