It's a pretty busy car rental place. The employees are nice and knowledgeable enough. But the first time I went here they didn't have any standard sized cars (or smaller). Which wouldn't have been a big deal if I hadn't called ahead and been told they would hold one for me. It was an insurance thing so I couldn't make a reservation. They gave me this huge square van that I've only ever seen used as a work vehicle. I had a doctor's appointment I needed to get to so I had to accept it. After the appointment I returned it and went to another location to get an actual car. The second time I went I had to wait twenty minutes for them to clean my rental before giving it to me. And the third time, when I returned my rental I was told I needed to return it to the smaller location a few miles away, even though I picked it up from this location. I calmly and clearly told them I wasn't one of their employees and if they wanted the car moved to another store they could use their staff to do it..

📸Hey they gave me a great car.  It was clean and fully loaded.  A real nice ride with leather seats and heated too🔥.  This Enterprise treated me well🌈.  I had some complaints against a different address in general for providing me with a dirty car.

It was really nice to get a Camry again for this rental. This one was a nice one too, an SE trim model with just about 11k miles. The staff member swapped me into it because the first car smelled like someone smoked in it. I appreciated that as my entire day could have been very uncomfortable with that. Maybe they should increase the penalty for smoking?
