Good, fast service. Small location. Prices ok until you want the damage waiver, about $22/day above rental cost. Good website, easy to navigate.

Glory, the manager, has no business being a manager OR in a customer service position.  My son broke down in Muskogee on his way to a job in Iowa. He we in to rent a car and all he had was cash and his drivers license. She said he had to have a local drivers license to rent with cash and he would need to go get a money order.  He has a Texas drivers license so that wouldn't work. I called corporate and they told me to call the manager and asked if she could make an exception. I reached out to the manager and ask if she would make an exception in this case and before I could even get all the words out of my mouth she snickered and said no I will not make an exception. My son, who was the person present, said that she treated him completely different than the other customers in the office. Practically sneering at him through a grin on her face. After taking a cab back to the auto shop where his truck was and searching his truck he did find a credit card that had a very small limit. Upon returning to the rental office, and explaining to the people inside that he does have a credit card with a very small limit, they decided that they would rent him a car for one day for the exorbitant fee of $500. I found this hilariously funny since he was upfront with them and told them he only had a few hundred dollars available on this card they made sure that they incurred a fee for the rental that was in excess of the credit card limits. I made several calls trying to give my credit card information to secure this rental and have my son added as a driver to no avail. Needless to say, my son was so incredibly upset I thought he was going to have a stroke. Glory even went so far as to tell my son (through her grin and sneering) that she was the only rental car place in town. That was a blatant lie. The Nissan dealership across the street rents vehicles. Once my son learned there was indeed another rental company in town he went across the street to the Nissan dealership, rented a car for a week, for $180, and was out the door in 10 minutes. SHAME ON YOU GLORY for your mean and cruel behavior. May you have the same treatment in return. GOD BLESS you, you certainly need it!
