Highly recommended. I have experienced nothing but excellent customer service at this location. I have rented from other locations and different agencies in the past, and this one is by far the best. The staff is warm, professional, and goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible--especially Shea (sp?). Through multiple rentals, extensions, and a collision, the process was headache free for me due to her and her staff's outstanding knowledge and customer service skills.

Horrible service!! We were never told what was required to rent a car, and when asked why they didn’t just email us to let us know what was needed, the girl stated “they don’t email.” When the prompted application ONLY ASKED FOR AN EMAIL. So we rushed home to find a good bill, and when we brought it back, the girl had an attitude. As we walked out, my husband whispered something to himself and she proceeded to announce “well I’m definitely not giving you a car now. Merry Christmas.”  Basically, if you don’t give them a phone number, they won’t help you. And when you aren’t able to get a car, they get an attitude and say harsh words.

Pretty sure I was racially profiled.

I've rented vehicles from other companies and even other enterprise locations before that left a bad taste in my mouth... BUT I absolutely love the staff at this location! Very friendly and professional! I was in and out on the road with a smile on my face in my rental vehicle in no time at all... Definitely the best rental experience I've ever had.

Great customer service, vehicle was ready before actually pick up time. The team was very professional my family and I really enjoy renting from this location because we receive the great professional service  every time.
